I paid for a subscription to see what it is all about, but there is no way to cancel the subscription through their app. After realizing that it was useless I decided to request a cancellation of the subscription through their "support" email many many times but they are still charging my card 4x the subscription price I initially paid for.
I keep on telling you to cancel and give me back my money since I did not opt for autorenewal in the first place but you deducted from my account. all you did was keep on sending me emails to convince me not to cancel…I WANT TO CANCEL!!!!
Subscribed to 1 month trial to check it out, didnt show up in my apple subscription page so couldnt cancel it from there. They charged me the 60 usd renewal via paypal. Been asking for a refund, but all they’ve done so far is give me the run-around. Unless you really want to use the app, dont pay them a dime.
They are not responding with my cancellation request kept on charging my debit account

They give you a hard time to stop the subcription and they auto- renew without you knowing. No unsubscribe button in the app. Or maybe not visible? Customer service??? They give you so much BS. I have requested several times but to no avail. This is such a lousy app and almost a SCAM! You dont even deserve a single star rating. But to send .. whatever.. here is 1 star you dont deserve!
You pay to get access to the app and once subscribed the app will be useless unless you will subscribe to a program at a higher amount. This is high level scam and unfortunately apple is supporting it since it allows it.
App lets you pay for things you can get for free on other apps. Doesnt help and doesnt expound each activity. After subscribing, lets you PAY AGAIN for productivity bundles. Useless
