My main problem with this app was how difficult it was to create the account. For some reason it jus my wouldn’t accept my information, until finally it did. The biggest problem is “due to data insufficiencies points cannot be added retroactively” which is a fancy word for no you can’t add past events you’ve attended regardless of proof.

I can login the website just fine but on the app it says wrong password. Doesn’t make any sense.

I went to ultra this weekend in Miami, the piece of crap mayor of Miami limited Saturday and Sunday night to 10pm. The line up wasn’t adjusted on the app so I had no idea who would play next. Disappointed.
I’m not able to mark as favorite with certain artist like Jauz b2b Svdden Death and Dom Dollab2b Vintage culture. I’m pretty sure there were other ones too that I couldn’t mark favorite as well.
What is going on!?! I can’t buy a ticket GA in app and web site. I sign in but when do checkout see that I need sign in once again. I put my email and password and see “Invalid login credentials” I’m sure that I correct put
I don’t know how to explain this😂 I’ve tried logging in but when the information is typed in the screen goes up and doesn’t let you press the submit button to access the content. Maybe it’s just not compatible with IPhone 12 sign ins but either way that’s garbage😂
