Do not download this app. They’ve tried to charge me 15 times since I’ve deleted my account nice contacted customer service only by email and they never get back to you. Thankfully my card is locked. Don’t do it

Just really not easy to use, if you have to subscribe to someone you have to enter the card details again then your card numbers just doubled up in your account and you have to constantly delete the duplicates when subscribing to a new person

Not sure why this company feels the need to launch an app that is complete garbage. I mean actual garbage. None of the functions work or they are simply buttons that launch an email. Customer service is nonexistent and emails and DM's in social media go completely unanswered. It would be so much easier to just use a website like every other creator platform

I thought this was like Patreon to support creators, but this is just a scam. I cannot cancel my account. I followed their instructions and I keep getting the error message “Oops something went wrong. Please try again later.” I don’t know how long “later” is supposed to be, but it won’t delete my account. Support doesn’t respond.

i've been charged $2.48 without being subscribed to any clubs for a long time now and i haven't found anyway to dispute it. idk what happened to the club i was subscribed to but i've been charged and i don't understand why

The best thing about UV is that I can reuse the content I already have but haven’t shared on my TikTok or IG. I travel a lot , so being able to share that content while I’m traveling has been amazing.

I have mixed feelings about this app maybe things will change after it is around for a year. I’ve had login issues where it keeps trying to log me in and text me the login code, but it seems like I’m stuck in a loop and I’m not actually logging in. Another issue is the app just crashes over and over again and I have to reinstall it. I have a feeling the purpose of this app is to also not allow people to save content. Paying for something and then not being able to save it doesn’t make it feel worth it. To be restricted to the app does not make me want to continue making purchases for locked content. I hope this is something that changes. Because it makes this app feel like a money pit.
