I have downloaded this apps several times and it does not work for me . It will send you OTP code and when you input it on the apps the same system that send me the code will tell me it’s not correct . Your system need an over look . This is my Ghana number 0207496254 .
I bought airtime and data bundle, the amount was deducted from my account yesterday the 5th of November and I still have not received the airtime and data I bought…. I’ve was deducted and the money hasn’t returned yet the airtime and bundle hasn’t shown either ❗️
Please or without my Account money the bank can’t work or make payment for their needs or the branch is full of Criminals or if not kindly give me back my money and block the Account because The Branch Here in Tamale said the Account can’t be Closed, but they are using my Money so as I say kindly give me back my Money and closed it up Even as I am the owner they got angry 😡 when I asked for copy of anything under my Account… Because The Branch has hold the Account Since 2020 but they never stop taking out 25gh from my Personal Account every month end without letting me to use my own money And I ain’t kid , I also got family to feed so don’t just use my 13,864.44gh on your family issues and worker’s payment
For weeks now I’ve been trying to withdraw some money through the app and it doesn’t seem to work. This is so disappointing and I’m gonna delete it as soon as I empty my account!
This app has not been wrking since time memorial. All effort to get it sorted out proves futile, either at your branch or phone call. Meanwhile your customers service representatives are very rude and not welcoming, when you call them on phone it’s as if you are bothering them . They will be in a rush to put you off the phone, oh and your airport branch customer service representatives are so rude, they look down on people base on their own analogy. Especially one slim dark woman. They don’t smile at you, they relate with you as if you are their rival and makes you feel so uncomfortable. I hv been banking with this bank since 2014 when it’s was merchant bank, but now I’m tired of your poor services
To be frank , I don’t know the reason for creating this speed app because it’s so useless and frustrating to use. Nothing works with it and UMB customer service persons are so rude. When I call for an assistance they talk to me so harshly especially with a lady who introduces herself as Beatrice, as if the bank belongs to their parents, I’ve decided to withdraw all my savings do my business elsewhere and I won’t recommend UMB for anybody, they are just not up to the task
This SpeedApp is a mess I can’t login to my online banking I been trying almost a month and nothing good
Worst update I have seen... please don’t download this update .. Old version is the best ... One can’t add money from his or her MoMo to the umb account
