تجربة شخصيه معهم تم خصم مبلغ الشراء ، بعض الطلبات لم تكن متوفره عندهم وانتظرت لاعادة المبلغ لاكثر من شهر ولم يتم اعادة بعض المبالغ حتى تاريخه ، بعض الطلبات لم تصلني لاكثر من شهر الان ولازلت انتظرها ،بعض الطلبات التي وصلتني لم تناسبني وتم استلامها من مندوب الاسترجاع بعد اسبوعين عند التواصل معهم ، الشات يقولوا هذا السيستم حقنا وانا ما عجبني نظامهم ولا سيستمهم ولن اتعامل معهم

I made an order and paid, I got a confirmation email too. But I can’t see my order in the app

Even the collection old and limited not like the main website, Its just like an outlet with orignal pricing, The application and the website have issues with payment, Tried over 3 cards not working and pretty sure work perfectly, Then i change it to Cash on Delivery. How bad and i been emailed them over 1 year and they didn’t respond or fixed the issues.

Limited size options, higher prices, forced to buy from the local store, don’t allow for international shipping from United States. All sports companies are adopting this new policy that to force you to buy from the local store. I ordered from US because UA in ksa have limited size options, they cancelled my order. Not recommended

للاسف اكثر الملابس والمقاسات ناقصه وغير متوفره عند الوكيل بالمملكة والملابس والاكسسوارات والاحذيه لاتتوفر كامل التشكيلة مقارنة بالسوق الكندي والاماراتي عندهم اشياء تبكي ودائما يوفرون ملابس جديده اول باول وعروض مستمره

What worst way to treat customer.. Shipment not delivered om time. Very bad way to contact customer service. Chat only in KSA and if you want call you to dial UAE number.. Three times on Chat and one time call but issue not resolve. Shipment USA0097879 is still somewhere on earth waiting for me. Only way balance is to complain in government I reckon.. عارفين لو فيه تقييم تحت الصفر هأقيم التطبيق بالسالب و الله اسوأ تطبيق في الوجود لا فيه موديلات متوفره و لا مقاسات و لا حتي عارفين نسدد لو لقينا حاجه متوفره

The only reason it got 1 star is because I cannot give 0 stars. App is not functioning, it keeps hanging. Payment keeps getting deducted even though the order fails and the customer care is unhelpful.
