I relied on this sooo much in first year, just getting around was so easy but then towards the end of first year, around November 2018, it just starts saying ‘Promotion code does not exist’ when I click check price and I can’t even book a cab. What a waste of what used to be a good app.
Uni will encourage you to download this app, but as a fresher trust me, it isn’t worth it. The app charged me for two different cabs, of which neither arrived, (and i still got charged). Took £20 off of me, not ideal when i needed to get back with mates after a night out. Despite this i didn’t even get a refund. Waste of time.
Horrible app - charged me for 2 cabs that didn’t arrive . I was waiting outside of a restaurant for 40 minutes and eventually got an Uber. Clunky and unreliable.
Started using this during freshers and it’s cheaper than most others. Prices are fixed too
