It took very little time to charge my account for this purchase and forever for me to receive it. I will be very careful in my dealings with unicorn

Purchased a $200 bottle of Blanton's…with a 15% buyers fee, Illinois Taxes, shipping, and insurance the total was over $300. Be ready to be shocked.

I have followed and bought bottles on your sight since the start of your operations. I have submitted feedback several times on your sort options. With 5800+ bottles on your current auction, your offering can be cumbersome. While you offer many smaller, no reserve auctions, you need to have a no reserve sort option to make the customer experience much better. Very simple addition.

Won a bid and it’s now 4 weeks and no bottle

So lame every time you bud it ads another 10 mins.. and i don’t know most this keep bidding over actual sale prices from online

I won multiple auctions and then after the winning bid and it was over a magic reserve price shows up, which WAS NOT there previously. Horrible scam. You can’t always win at an auction but this place sure does.

Seems like someone has found a way to use bots to drive up the prices on bottles. I placed a bid on several bottles and was outbid immediately every time. I was outbid a second after placing my bid each time.

Never shows you all the bottles your looking for and who has the time to search 5000 bottles. Need to fix the app already to many problems searching for a bottle or shows other bottles that has nothing to do with the search. Should be able to search a distillery and everything should show up Also so slow when scrolling through the list have to wait for it to catch up. It’s 2023 why so slow

I like the app generally however a few features would be nice for those making several bids per auction. Would be great if you could filter "My Bids" by winning bids only, would go the extra mile it it calculated your current winning total price, and the your max total price in play (ie the summation of all your max bids). Go start but these features would be homeruns.

0 customer support, hidden factors, no shipping options. So unless you plan to drive to Chicago to pick up bottles, do not use!
