Literally want my money back. All they sell is garbage. What’s the point in selling something that won’t work because of a simple app crashing

Will not connect to my cameras. Will not connect to uniden’s online web browser viewer ether. Junk...

This app will not open cameras the old app was 100 times better

When I first bought the Uniden cameras several years ago, the app was great. This new version is horrible!!! It doesn’t work more than 90% of the time. Why replace an app that works with one that fails to work most of the time?

Stupid developer

While the price point for the Uniden cameras and controllers are relatively fair, if you can’t use the system remotely, what good is it? The app only lets you see one camera view (camera 1) 80% of the time and rarely allows you to see the others. I stupidly bought systems and camera for two locations at once. Wasted double the money

Used to work well, but as many other reviews say the most recent update will only allow you look at “1” camera, the others are useless as far as app is concerned. Fingers crossed they got hacked by Russia instead of being this incompetent that they can’t fix their own mistakes. Time will tell, but time is not on their side anymore, these clowns with their lack of technological knowledge and response/ respect/ or even acknowledgement of a problem that their customers experience, but again they could give 2 craps less. Try anything else!

So I have a android phone.. Galaxy s8 Plus as a matter a fact and my iPhone 8 Plus... my Galaxy can connect to my cameras just fine on LTE which is T-Mobile for both... yet I still can’t connect on my iPhone unless I’m on Wi-Fi or a VPN.... what gives?? And it has nothing to do with ipv4 or ipv6 because my Galaxy has a ipv6 address actually and it works perfectly... please fix this app...

If I use the mic I no longer will have sound at all can get it to record at all even though I put the recommended size as card in it. And it will randomly disconnect sometimes and won’t reconnect until I unplug and plug back in. But the mic still works! And it works good to watch my dog most the time

Come on Uniden. Look at the reviews for this app. Why buy a Uniden product with support like this? The company shows its true colors! Doesn’t care about its customers after the sale is made.
