Everyday have an update on app, yet performance didn’t update, nothing improve as usual as the brand

saya melihat unifi prepaid dengan yes prepaid banyak perbezaan iaitu: Plan unifi prepaid RM35/bulan *unlimited data 4g lte & 5g (fup 60gb) *unlimited call *5gb hotspot Plan yes prepaid RM30/bulan *unlimited data 4g lte 7 mbps & 5g uncapped speed *12gb hotspot 4g&5g uncapped speed *unlimited call local network *hanya 1 plan bulanan sahaja memang terbaik Oleh itu, saya berharap pihak unifi prepaid dapat penamba baikan lagi seperti; *harga kepada RM30/bulan *unlimited data 4g lte & 5g (100gb fup) uncapped speed *12gb hotspot uncapped speed *luaskan signal & data seluruh Sabah & Sarawak terutama setiap perjalanan titik A ke titik B dan seterusnya, tidak ramai yang memggunakan 2 simkad telco prepaid berbeza dalam 1 atau 2 hp *wujudkan simkad eSim kerana ada sesetengah hp cepat panas jika mengunakan simkad fizikal walaupun hp bole guna eSim. *luaskan traffic signal & data *kurangkan plan pakej langganan sedia seperti 18gb RM18, 4gb RM10, 2gb RM2, 55gb hotspot RM55, RM3 unimited larut malam, kerana semakin banyak plan akan tidak digunapakai kelak. focus sikit sahaja tetapi harga berbaloi tidak kayangan untuk jangka panjang 10 tahun kedepan.

Crash

This app keep crashing everytime i try to open it. The staff only give me solution to reinstall it again everytime its happen. So uncovenient.

Reload fail

After reload but the amount not credited. Refresh so many time also fail.

Kemaskini terbaru untuk unfi mobile apps sudah terbaik. Saya nak request untuk simpan credit card info. Agak leceh sebab setiap kali nak topup guna credit card kene isi. Saya pulak kene amik card untuk. Why not kalau terua save je info card tu seperti apps lain. Saya harap feature ni aakan dipertimbangkan untuk kemaskini software di masa akan datang.

Frequent Update

Almost everytime i opened the apps, it always asked for update and relogin. So annoying!

app bodo macam ni patut tak payah ada,nak register bukan main payah,kejap ic tak dapat read kejap facial recognition failed,nak dekat 20 kali buat sama je tak dapat dapat pass
