I’m trying see who’s on my course on the discover section freshers and years above and it won’t let me scroll down to pick my course it just shows it’s loading and it’s been like that for long. I deleted the app and tried again and it’s doing the same thing.
Got the Unifi card last week and love it! I go out weekly so to get free club entry and 50% off drinks at student pubs I go to is a game changer. Queue jump to the clubs is also elite
There needs to be an option to change the degree subject please!

Downloaded and re-downloaded the app several times, and even though I enter all the necessary details to start an account, the same “All fields are required” message pops up every single time I try and sign up m. I tried contacting the team and they replied once trying to fix the error (which didn’t work) so I emailed twice again and… nothing. I 100% filled in all the details several times but the app still doesn’t let me sign up.
Recently got nervous about going to university and finding people in my course and accommodation has made me feel a lot better. There are a few bugs/issues which are expected due to the unanticipated demand, but they are clearly working very hard to fix these. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
When logging in I’m asked to create a new account, however when I try I’m told that account already exists??
Hi. It won’t let me log in as I’m a legacy user and they want me to re register. Upon re registering it says I already have an account. I’ve emailed the team but they haven’t replied in weeks
