UniLeeds is the mobile app for current students at the University of Leeds. The app has had a major upgrade in September 2019 to improve the user experience. The updated app previews the next event in your timetable and shows a summary of library record.
Features:
- View your course and exam timetables
- View your Library account
- Receive alerts and announcements using push notifications
- Search campus maps for buildings and locations
- Search the staff lists for contact details
- Find places to eat on campus
When launching the app for the first time please be connected to Wi-Fi as it downloads the campus maps and other information.
Please be aware that changes made to your timetable can take 12 hours to appear in the app. Changes to timetable made at short notice will be communicated in other ways. If you sign up to a new module or change module, this can take 24-48 hours to update in the app.

Is UniLeeds free?
Yes, UniLeeds is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is UniLeeds legit?
⚠️ The UniLeeds app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
The slowest, buggiest app to ever exist. Feels and looks like an app made in 2011. Timetable never ever works or, on the rare occasion it does, refreshes after a few week changes and then crashes the app. Ridiculously poor.
Lacking basic features- why can’t you filter timetable components by type e.g lecture or seminar. Makes you log in constantly despite having being logged in and using Duo authentication for years!
Absolutely shambolic app given the amount of money the uni has, a 1st year software engineer could do better. No thought for UX/UI either. Ridiculous app.
Difficult to use
Always says “an unexpected error has occurred”. Very annoying!
Doesn’t work
How hard is it to make an app that doesn’t crash every time you open it really?

It is not compatible with the new update and alwas lagging.

But i still want to know how to add the timetable to the calendar of iOS, and how to change the format of the timetable on iPad

Fast access to important information like timetable and others. There is a space for improvement but overall I got what I needs from it.
Broken App
Completely useless. The app is frozen on select profile page and I cannot access my timetable or any other feature. Deleted and redownloaded it several times and there’s no change
