Scam they do not allow refunds if you do not like the product.
The app did not meet my requirements at all. The app I normally use it 10x better. The fact they have a refund policy to trick consumers to waive their legal rights is embarrassing. EU law give us as consumers the right to cancel purchases (within 14 days). WARNING they force you to use the app for 14 days which means a catch 22 you can’t cancel because you have not followed the fine print and when you did follow the fine print the surprise it is more than 14 days. I cancelled within less than 24 hours as you can’t even log your food properly. The trainings are sub par at best, ok if you really are a beginner I guess. While the app might be good to some (?) it did not work to my requirements at all. Do not buy unless you are very sure! I have no idea how their average could be anything above 2*. After changing back to my normal app I lost 6 kg within weeks…. And which way better support and analysis. Basic app, scam warning and fraudulent cancellation policy. Please refund me as a principle…. I have sent three emails incl explanation why I want a full refund, surprise no refund. I look forward to read others reviews which I did not do before purchasing. Hope this review help you to understand that the refund policy is ridiculous and fraudulent!!!! 1* as I can’t put 0 *. Good luck reaching your training goals with Another app. Embarrassing that I did buy. Scam!
Useless App
Waste of money
This is FRAUD!
This app and the whole company is a fraud. I’ve been robbed since the day I subscribed. They’ve been withdrawing money from my bank account every month by changing their names to Uniampay, Ummadpay, etc. You will get some charges from a storage restaurant Nicosia in Cyprus you have never even been. Long story short, don’t buy it!
Amazing recipes but lack of features
The recipes are delicious, but I find that it is lacking options like printing, sending recipes or connecting to a smart watch or logging manual activities. Some ingredients are hard to get in different countries.
There is much better free apps
This app make it seem like you pay once. But you actually pay every week. Strongly dislike. And the app lack some features

Not satisfied with the meal plan
The meal plan doesn’t seem individually shaped. Many of the choices I didn’t check for, are included in the plan. It’s not what I payed for!
