Great app. And great customer service and customer care

This app mostly but sometimes even with full bars and or connected to a secure WiFi it will not load and just spins.

I had a $25 charge to a Sinclair station in Colorado on the 10th of May that was approved initially at the gas pump but it then got returned as unpaid because of a $25 credit card payment scheduled on the same day, the ubt go app showed the gas purchase as posted and paid but according to a supervisor the credit card payment is what actually got paid, even though it doesn’t show it on the app. So what’s the point of having this app if the reporting is inaccurate, I was a customer for over 40 years but no longer it’s ridiculous and unacceptable. I’m going to find a bank who knows what they’re doing.

I am so pleased to be able to manage my account through the app. It has really simplified my life. I feel like I’m more on top of my accounts.

Why would it be an option to cash a check online if it takes longer than 4 days for it to be in my account? I need money and simply have to wait and hope it hits my account. No reliable banking app should have that problem.

This app is useless. When I log in and try to pay a bill, it goes to a loading screen and then nothing happens. I haven’t been able to make a payment successfully without having to use my laptop. It’s 2023. It shouldn’t be this difficult to give you my money.

This app makes banking with UBT very simple. It is very easy to navigate.
