Very bad online shopping experience
Very poor mobile app. Not convenient, very bad search capability, can’t find basic stuff. Smaller shops has far better app and customer

Always the same tec issue where check out doesn’t show
Union coop , add to apple wallet , as the card could have been added to Apple Wallet, and it was not understood why it was deleted Membership points — تعاونية الاتحاد، أضف إلى محفظة Apple، حيث كان من الممكن إضافة البطاقة إلى محفظة Apple، ولم يتم فهم سبب حذفها نقاط العضوية
Better to buy from coop through instashop
Their items, quality, variety and prices are amazing but the app and the non existant customer service can ruin the experience , first off there is no option on the app to cancel the order, incase of wrong scheduled or express you cannot cancel the order, customer service never pick up , but it’s a competition between carrefour and coop worst customer service , through phones and emails , so either you buy physically from their shops or house need instashop as a filter third party to make sure the order and the delivery goes on time
