It’s a joke
Pass scans never work. Setting up dates like bday or expiration dates never work. Closing account? Can’t do this here either. I truly regret using it and passing my details who knows where.

Check in has never been so complicated. Had to fill in several time the same info
Useless
It is useless for Polish nationals although LOT Polish Airlines and United are both members of Star Alliance. Poland is not recognised in the countries list so no payments can be processed.
Credit card
Could not add outside of us card to check in luggage
