This app is not of much use. Can’t see EObs, cant seen claims more than 5 recent, can’t see my username/passwords/resets. Website doesn’t allow me reset my password. Developers should seriously think about what value this app brings to the users.

I really like the App. It works pretty well ! Specially for finding a Dentist in your Area !

I called in and was told the wellness benefit app was not working well. I reported that I have a chronic covered condition to the agent. I cannot verify on the app that my condition has been recorded. Someone needs to check into that. I see that a previous review from 3 years ago complained about the same issue.

Doesn’t recognize me as a patient when logged in to search for a dentist

Unclear benefits providers don’t have online bookings.

9 years of payments for a dental and lost all my teeth. Thanks for $1,200.00 but that’s one drop in a large bucket of what I paid. One drop!

It’s a wrapper for their website. Nothing more. No point in downloading. Can’t even get a digital card to add to my phone’s wallet.

Gives you half the information that is requested by doctors offices, just go online and get the information myself.
