Booked for a trip car arrived on time and was very clean and comfortable. The driver was very polite and courteous and helpful and the journey nice and smooth. Thank you United for a pleasant trip.

Would be 5* if they fix this. I get logged out every week or two, then logging back in the page just loads and loads and doesn’t work. Very frustrating. Other than that it’s great.

Prices are way better than Uber and they get to you way quicker. Also the drivers are always kind and helpful. Stick with the smaller guys people

Always on time and reasonable price

Driver arrived on time, he was helpful with my suitcase.

Ordered a taxi which clearly stated how much it will be and paid for it in advance then received an email after arriving stating there is an extra charge so I called the office to find out what’s the extra charge and I was told it’s because I have paid by card. It’s 2024 and United taxi is still charging customers for paying by card!

They increased the price without prior notice upon reaching the destination. When I brought this to customer service's attention, the response was rude and unsatisfactory, never acknowledging the mistake they made. The only reason for using this app was to know how much I would pay upon reaching the destination; after this situation, it no longer makes sense to use it, and I recommend the same to everyone. Be careful with this app; it scams you upon reaching the destination.
