ios深色模式下，园区预约日历看不到可预约和不可预约的颜色区别。 正常浅色背景下可预约和不可预约是有颜色区分可视化的，切到深色背景就一团黑乎乎的，点完了才知道点到了不可预约的时间上。 这个问题去年2月份就和你们门口的散场欢送工作人员说过，然后大概在4、5月的时候和你们城市大道游客中心里的工作人员也说过，9月份还和你们园内问卷人员说了第三遍。 这都半年了，这么明显的低级错误你们就没发现吗？这么好修正的问题你们是不想改吗？ 眼看着你们2周年app改的是风生水起，能顺手把这个问题也修复吗？ 这么挂着丢人不？环球影城你可是国际大品牌啊。

Never received the verification text message
There is no way you can register without the verification text message. And you will never receive the verification message if you are using phone number outside China!!!
International SMS authentication fails
I am unable to register as the system does not send international SMS. I’ve tried to use UK/US/Greek numbers with both Android and iOS phones and the SMS simply does not arrive. I suspect they are not being sent, but all customer service do is blame my carrier, saying they are blocking, 3 different carriers are not blocking. I receive SMS from China from Shanghai Disney Resort and WeChat, this is not my carrier blocking them, they are simply not being sent. This needs to be fixed - or allow registration via email address.
Bad app
App su*ks. Is super slow, haven’t been able to pay cause won’t send verification text. Super unstable, first time bought tickets was a huge headache too. Such a hassle to contact universal too, can’t just have a link to click and make a phone call to customer service in app? Don’t understand how such a famous theme park can have such a subpar app
