Nous avons passé un moment à Universal Studios, avec tickets pour 2 jours. Et heureusement ! Vu les files d’attente et les attractions en panne qui fonctionnent 4 heures plus tard, ça a été le cas de 2 attractions le premier jour et une attraction aussi en panne le second jour. J’ai fait une réclamation sur leur site pour obtenir une petite indemnité. Réponse : bla-bla-bla nous sommes vraiment désolés Je réécris. À nouveau bla-bla-bla. Au bout de plusieurs mails, on me propose une place offerte ! La belle affaire : je suis revenue en France depuis

Un grand groupe comme Universal Studios pourrais quand même traduire cette application en français

It kept showing the ride in the virtual queue but would not allow to book. Ride folks confirmed that they did not have virtual queue for the whole day. App should be up to date status or its useless.

First, to receive a ticket you have to PRINT the ticket? It’s 2024. Also, to receive a ticket it may take up to 12 HOURS to process? Also, it’s 2024 what in the 1989 is this?

Got to the front of the line and they had issues with the ride . Waiting in line for 45 minutes already . now we only have 10 minutes till the park closes. What a let down.

I love the mummy so cool spooky ghost who did a great job on all the rides.

At the super Mario ride we were stuck for over 20 minutes with the lap bar down all because one car got stuck/un responsive

I’ve had a gold pass for the pass few years. This past weekend August 2-3 I used my gold pass for the first time this year. My family and I was at Universal Studios for the weekend. We had hotel stay at the Universal Sheraton and I bought three extra tickets for my family. On Saturday August 3rd my family tickets was good and I was not allowed in the park because I was told it was a blackout day. On Friday I spent over a thousand dollars. I was very disappointed on Saturday I was being charged for another ticket when I had a gold pass. No one was willing to help me with this situation. When you say you appreciate my business I don’t believe you. With the amount of money I was spending that weekend I shouldn’t had to buy another one day ticket.
