Universal Traffic Recorder

Cannot get the live view to work when I am not sitting in the car. Has installed the modem for it but still not able to steam video….. Needs to be fixed.

This app used to work fine, but recently every time I try to review a video on my iPhone the app crashes. I went to the Audi garage who said it is a problem with the app that many uses are reporting. So hopefully Audi will do something about it, as at present the app is useless.

This app is useless.. doesn’t connect to the dash cam properly and opens up the myaudi app randomly.. i don’t understand this app at all.. also why can you not access the dash cam remotely (when not in the car with the engine on !!) Would rate it 0* if I could!! FIX THIS AUDI !!

Seems to be a problem with app. Have no problems setting it up , but as soon as I try to open any video the app shuts down .

Had the system fitted by Audi to my brand new A4. The fitter showed me how it works on his phone. But it won’t work on my phone ??? My iPhone is brand new. Can’t seem to get it to work at all. So a complete waste of money and time. I should have gone to Halfords and paid a lot less !!!

I bet Audi is tired of this, get your s..t working not just installing camera that got no flipping use

Very disappointed does not connect properly

Trash- 98 times out of 100 the app doesn’t connect, or gets kicked out by the car’s MMI, or gets kicked out by the MyAudi app (why do these interfere?). Support from the dealer is condescending and not helpful. Yup followed 6 pages of further instructions from them and it does the same things again and again (thanks for nothing Lookers Newcastle). Also the Audi dashcam keeps falling off - whole package an enormous waste of expensive (so much for value added) money.

I can’t connect UTR to my phone It’s really annoying me

Probably the worst app on my iPhone. Invariably fails to pair, even with mobile data turned off. I have given up trying to access files on UTR device. I have spare SD cards. If I want to view a file, I swap out the SD card, and view the files on my iMac. Suspect it was developed on a Windoze base, and never properly modified for Apple devices.
