We have to do these dumb, cringy courses for things we already know from the first week of the job. It’s not fair because I’m busy and have to study for exams but my area manager is forcing me to do this pointless ****

For a international franchise as big as Subway, expected at least a decent app if not good. This is absolute dire! Illusion of a nice UI but navigation doesn’t make sense. Wood love to learn and train, but have to search for long time to no avail. And omg what corny videos and ideas. Please just stop! Evidently you are not good at this. 0 stars.

The app is terrible, navigation doesn’t make sense, and it is constantly crashing! It took me a week to complete a course because I kept having to redo courses after the app crashes! I would give it 0 stars if possible!

hard to navigate around and corny as hell. but worst part is that it keeps crashing and you lose all your progress so you have to keep repeating courses only for it to crash again..

i don’t even know where to start. the app is so hard to use, the filters don’t work, in order to find what is of highest priority. there’s absolutely no organization when it comes to completing courses. some of the questions are weird, like they’re trying to be funny? the actors in the videos are so excruciating to watch, it physically makes me cringe and quit my job. nobody is that happy to be working at subway, nor are any of the ‘unreasonable’ customers so easily pacified. a lot of the courses are straight up a waste of your unpaid time.

I hate doing the tasks that’s why the rating. Who would create this app?

Not the worst training app I’ve used.

The app is so extra why must me do something on our own time if you work at subway ask your self do I get paid enough to take up storage on my phone and watch videos on my off time I’d love the app if you clock me in sit me down and let me work on it but with no brakes low pay and long loading time no thank you.
