Univest is the most awesome bank I have ever worked with. I especially love the website. I love that I can have several savings accounts and move money from one to another very easily.

Great Local Bank
The online app makes banking simple and if I ever need customer service they are always helpful, whether online, the phone or at a branch.
Worst online banking ever
I can never get into my account using a laptop - which is much easier than the app. And even in the few times I can get in online, some functions no longer work. It’s like the online stuff is slowly failing all around. Thinking about switching banks because this is basic stuff.
Balances are not accurate
Balances are never accurate. Big lag in updates
Deposits
FYI…Sometimes checks won’t be submitted because it says it doesn’t say “for mobile deposit“ when it clearly does.

App and website are a problem
Try logging in to your app and it takes forever to open and there is typically an error when accounts finally load. I attempt to sign in on your website and similar issues. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app a few times now and the issue persists.
