Kndly improve the app
often times have issues with login either face ID suddenly stops working or unable to connect to server. konda frustrating when you need to transact but cannot proceed. Also user interface feels old and laggy.

Why is that the apps is not opening this day 31 December 2024? Thank you for the reply.
The app is slow and has bad ux ui
The app is not intuitive. I need to login manually each time i add money. After adding money, there’s no back button or exit sign and instead i’d have to exit the app and log back in
Bad experience
Worse app!! May mga nababasa na ako na pangit performance ng app na ito pero iba parin pala kapag ikaw ang naka-experience. Puro loading lang ‘yung app tuwing mag lolog in ako tapos laging bad server daw. Ganon nang ganon paulit-ulit tuwing may gagawin ako sa app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS!!! Sobrang pangit talaga. I won’t trust my money in this app.
Application Glitch
I applied for a loan and got approved but when I check the status after 14 days, I was told that there was a glitch on my loan application and needed to resubmit my loan application. It is the worst glitch I could imagine!
Network error
I made a time deposit for 5k then the app always says network error
Why am I stuck?
Was good. App is great but recently I’ve always been stuck on Network Error.
Latency and Missing Buttons
The buttons to either finish a transaction or proceed to the next keeps disappearing or is not responding to your tap. It’s frustrating to repeat several actions and only for the app not to respond
Worst digital bank
Never sends an OTP, always on system maintenance, never sends a transpareng Statement of account for loan. this bank is the most problematic I've ever encountered!!!!
