We work with carefully selected partners such as funeral directors, account/asset locators, therapists, solicitors, house removers, financial advisors. How much does Untangle cost?
Untangle has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is USD 22.49.
I can’t even start to use the app. I enter an email address and keep getting the error message “you don’t have access to this community.” I tried both of my email addresses and received the same message. Disappointing. I could use the support…
It’s more of a place to vent
I was looking forward to trying this app, but it’s mostly just people venting and posting their experience with grief, which can be helpful for some, but the comment section on posts don’t really offer any help or guidance. Scrolling the feed actually just makes me more sad and isolated as the replies were just things like, “that’s so sad” or no replies at all, and that’s not what I’m looking for. There ARE some resources that Untangled has provided, but the social aspect is not for me. I found myself feeling worse after reading about everyone else’s sadness. It kinda seems like a personal journal would be more beneficial, but maybe that’s just me.
Review of app
Very helpful in attaining support for people who are really struggling to find a release and understanding. I’m new but it has already helped me
Great app till it became a paid one.
I loved this app for sometime till I had to pay for a subscription. I really felt a sense of community of support from fellow grieving people but I just couldn’t make sense of having to pay to use this app.
So helpful
This is a great way to connect with people and the zoom function is great. I work long hours and don’t have a lot of off time to find an in person support group. This provides that, along with personal stories from other app users, and guided meditation. I believe it’s a UK app (please correct me if I’m wrong) but they can tell us here in the states what time in our time zone the meetings or groups will. That’s helpful. I lost a parent and would love more parent loss opportunities for group zooms. They’re occasional but a few more would be awesome. I would 10/10 recommend this app to someone grieving a loss.
Grief
This is a great app to communicate with a community
Best Grief Group Ever
Support, compassion, fellowship, practical information, professional psychological help, lots of topics, real people, mutual support, and more. Affordable and worth at try.
14 days free then pay. Hard pass
$40/year for message boards? Nope
The community feels very supportive
I’ve only been on the app for a day or two but the community feels very supportive. You can join groups that share similar experiences to your own. For example: “Sudden and Unexpected Loss” or “Cancer” or “Loss of a Parent” to name a few. You can join as many as you’d like. People can share the thoughts and feelings that they’re experiencing, quotes or tips surrounding grief or coping, memories of loved ones, etc. It’s nice to feel less alone.
There are also support groups, seminars, coping tools, help with funeral planning, and more built into the app. I haven’t used these yet, but will eventually try some of them out.
The look and feel of the app feels similar to the earlier versions of the Facebook or Instagram apps. I think that could use a little work to bring make it more user friendly.
Charged immediately and no customer service
I wanted to try this app to see if I would like it. I signed up with the 14 day free trial and selected 4.99 a month. The app requires you to choose a plan prior to receiving the free trial. So it’s either 4.99 a month or 39.99 a year.
As soon clicked to install I was immediately charged 12.99. First off why are you charging for a free trial? Second why 12.99? I didn’t see that price anywhere. Third, I’m not finding anyone I can email about this. The introduction message does not allow me to reply. And I don’t see a help section anywhere.
I haven’t even started trying to use this app and I’m already annoyed and over it. I want a refund, immediately, just like you all charged me. Smh
