After looking for years for someone with the same fitness goals and ideals as me to share in my health is wealth journey I can look no further than this app!! The content here is every single thing I’ve ever wanted in a life partner in an app! No seriously, I’ve paid trainer after trainer searched for partners to have fun with that like to have fun like when Dayan does the skip rope challenges. This all is nothing like I’ve ever seen before. I’m looking forward to the community involvement. So far my favorite thing is the detailed instructions enhancing my personal connection with my body.
Very excited to try this new concept. A new app. Looks like a great community.
This is app is awesome, just for the amount of content you get. Jump rope skills, tricks, challenges, as well as an entire training program using weights and calisthenics that is SO easy to follow because it literally times out every single rep and rest period, and it gives you video demonstrations of how to do the exercises. There are also some amazing nutrition tips, and there’s a fun community forming there. Totally recommend; the price is better than a lot of other fitness apps out there.
I've followed Dayan for years and appreciate what he brings to the JR community, and think this app is a step in the right direction. Unfortunately, The app doesn't feel quite finished. For one, I experienced some strange issues when trying to access the community channel, not to mention knowing where to go is confusing. My biggest gripe aside from the UI itself is that I don't think it's worth the $13/month subscription. If it had been $5/month, that would make more sense. Dayan is a great skipper but there doesn't seem to be a lot of skills to learn from him for more experienced jumpers. I appreciate the concept of his app but the overall function and content needs more work. Just my two cents.
