Your top up option is not working. 3rd biggest festival in the world but yet your app has so many bugs the last 3 years

It’s very difficult to find what you are looking for. The navigation titles are not logical at all and the UI is inconsistant. The app sends out an incredible amount of notifications - most of which contains no usefull information or is sponsored. Some notifications are in English but most are in Rumanien. The festival itself however, is amazing!

Very nice festival

Deci am avut bilet pe 1 zi VIP si nu pot sa imi recuperez banii ramasi. Cand intru in aplicatie sa verific soldul imi spune ca nu am bilet apoi pe mail imi spun ca mai am 90 min sa scot fizic banii ramasi pe cont.

Festivalul are o vibrație aparte. Este de ajuns să faci un pas înăuntru și te-a cuprins în mrejele lui. Nu poți simți asta decât dacă faci acel pas. Mă bucur ca am făcut acest pas în această ediție. Cat timp voi trăi in fiecare an voi face acest pas,chiar si atunci când voi avea nevoie de un mic ajutor! Felicitări pentru organizare !👏👏👏 Jos pălăria!🎩

First at all, in the festival you don’t have to much internet, so to click a lot of tabs to see the program is annoying, secondly in the past there was an option to see where and when you spent your money, I can’t find it any more. So it’s a regression

Top up sistem not working. Even an employee agreed that is a total mess the app and the app and the app top ups

Restul ,,mult zgomot

If you bought your ticket offline and checked in at the festival, you can no longer add the wristband/ticket to the app for top-up. Very bad app

In toti anii in care am fost, aplicatia a fost decenta, dar anul asta, 2024, pot spune ca este inutila, nu poti face top up, harta nu merge, etc….
