I’ve been looking to find something like this for months but have been yet to, luckily I stumbled upon this to say and might I say it is AMAZING. The only thing though is that it would be lovely if books could be added for other reading levels as well or maybe on a separate app.
I with there were more options to study individual words but overall it’s good!
I’m currently learning Spanish, and after learning the basics, I was looking for some simple books to read. I chose these books as they are simple stories with both Spanish and English translations. These are great for learning Spanish as the books are broken up into bite sized chunks of Spanish and English. Seeing both languages together on the same page is especially helpful in the early stages of language learning. The audio is great for pronunciation and eventually for listening practice without looking at the words. These stories are intended for kids, however, I really enjoy them as an adult! The manner in which these stories are narrated, also adds to the enjoyment.

I have just downloaded this app and it is exactly what I have been looking for. I can’t wait to read these books with my son. The best part is the accompanying audio. Listening is as important as reading when learning a new language. I only hope that more English - French books will be added in the future.
Helps my son to prioritise his 3 languages by reading the same book in our specific language day. Really helpful audio for pronounciation and engaging illustrations. The only one criticism I have is not being able to hide unpurchased e-books on the Home screen. Nevertheless, a great intuitive app. Look forward to more releases.
Proper translation in the right grammar an entonati
Audio worked once then never again. Tried 8 times and even re-installed once V disappointed (Ive set the language, unmute and volume. Re-installed app). no sound so useless app. (This was for the Free Rikki weather story. )
Little bite size phrases that illustrate grammar points I have learnt. Good for adult learning.
This is a concise and easy to learn well worth it. I am learning Spanish and the pictures and words are easy to understand and the character are so friendly the illustrations are bold and cute for kids to understand as I am learning with my 6 years how to speak Spanish and he loves it and we will take it on holiday with us to Spain. Also George my Son likes to draw the character himself and recreate your app and even put the drawing on the wall with the Spanish underneath to look at each day. Thank you for teaching myself and my Son so glad we found this app and hope there will be more in the future stories to learn from thank you Sally and George
