I can’t open the App. After clicking the icon, it pulls up the main page then closes immediately. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail.
It relieves and keep me calm everyday , keeping my head clear and listening to nature such as the animals.🤩❤️ I really recommend this app!
Tried it this morning before getting up, this is like an excercise for my soul I love that I can also set my mood after the session. Thanks 🙏
With the current situation of the world today, this app is very timely because all people need to breathe and ease their worries. Good thing this app helps us to do that. To be worry free and stay focused is now the least thing that people do because of the pandemic. Thank you for making this app!!
Unwind really is true to its name and promise! The moment I opened it, the app automatically detects the time (which in my case around night time) and right off the bat recommends accurate breathing exercises suited for the condition. After a session, you can see related stats for you to track your progress and keep you motivated. I also appreciate that the app UI blends with the time so it can also help with your relaxation. I will add more insights and edit this review through the following days as I get to know more about this neat app. But for now, great job, Unwind developer!
Version 2.0 is now here!! Aaah im so excited. This really helped me with my panic attacks and anxiety. It reduced my stress level causing decrease in my anxiety attacks. Thank you for this. I hope this helps other people too!! ❤️ Best regards!
Definitely the best. I used this a pp for many things. It helps me to calm my mind so that I could sleep. Also for studying, keeps my brain focus and of course in meditation, never been meditating for years! this is a big help. Thank you so much! ✊🏻
This app truly relieves my stress and keeps me calm and easy at night. Meditating, keeping my head clear, and listening to nature such as the forests and proper breathing techniques to keep me awake in my surroundings is really helpful for me to go throughout the day. This app is wonderful to those who are struggling with anxiety and has troubles with sleeping at night.
