Very poor app
Your app is sluggish. Not user friendly at all. Face identification is hopeless. Please do something. Local banks like maybank and Cimb have improved their app by leaps and bounds. I am very disappointed.
Clunky and slow
Fix your app mannnnn make it like GX Bank or or UOB TMRW omgggggg come on guys
Unexpected poor budget app for well known international level bank.
I hate UOB's slow, clunky app. It's like trying to run a marathon in mud boots. I've had great experience with digital bank GX Bank. Sleek, modern, and lightning fast. It's a total upgrade from UOB's outdated design. Even Maybank has stepped up their game with MAE. It's a much more user-friendly app, perfect for those of us who like things simple. I hope UOB's management sees this review and realizes that it's time for a serious upgrade. Their old-school graphics and slow app are a real drag. It's like they're stuck in the past while the rest of the world is moving forward. Hopefully, they'll take a cue from other banks and give their customers a modern, user-friendly experience.
Rubbish app ever
The app will logging out by itself while we try to make the transaction. The keypad for log in also a rubbish! Prefer phone keyboards
Worse banking app I ever had to use
I can’t believe how bad this app is. Badly designed badly programmed. If I could nominate one app to be the worst on the App Store it would be Infinity Banking by UOB
The major UI change
The recent UI change to the keyboard is terrible. The keypads become much smaller compared to last time and my fingers can’t adapt to the smaller keys so I keep getting the password wrong and have to always toggle the password before logging in. A lot of time wasted in doing this!
Share payment confirmation only available for authoriser
While I appreciate the function to share payment confirmation is now available, it’s RUBBISH!! Can you just please enable user to generate payment confirmation slip from approval status? And enable this for both payment maker and authorizer.. That’s all I’m asking for.. whoever you are.. please!!
Complicated bank apps
Not easy to operate… many step ..
Bad interface
No user friendly. One of the worst bank app I have come across.
