Why is a PIN required for every single transaction during one session?
When we tried to log into the app for the first time, it kept asking us to verify the secret words, although we have not set the secret words. When we tried to set the secret words on a desktop PC, it was refused, as it could only be set by accessing the secure PIN using this TMRW app
I have registered a new username and password and still unable to sign in. Needed to set a secret word - did that but logged me out straight away! If I need to set a PIN- please redirect me as I can’t even proceed since I’ve been logged out. The log in is also cumbersome. Why can’t I enter the username and password straight away? Why do you make us go through additional steps? Very frustrating.
I managed to register after some hard times. I was able to check everything in the app for the first day. From the second day onwards, I couldn't login to the app anymore due to network issues. I thought house wifi was secure then I switched to personal data. The app still has network issues, couldn't connect to network......
Stupid apps
Not sure if it is the app or the UOB IT support team in general, I have experienced a several issues when trying to obtain the SMS-OTP passcode AFTER I was advised to activate UOB Access on the app since late May 2023. It has been a week now and it still cannot be fixed. Piece of advice UOB, when you UOB Access is not ready to be used please do not set a deadline for activation!! I’m now being restricted from accessing the online banking as well as using your UOB TMRW on my phone. Fix it will you?
