I use many bank apps and all work well. But why not UOB ? How can a professional financial organization after several years still offer such a fault ridden and shameful app. Often not working. Often can not log in. So many constant problems…. And it’s Singaporean….. a country that proved so many times it’s a world leader …. Airport just one example ….. please UOB lead the world in banking apps and get new programmers and new people to create your new app.
As someone who work in technology myself I don't understand how a bank can release an app like this and thinks it's ok. This app is by far the worst. Scan&Pay is super slow, even getting into the app via FaceID is inconvenient. 1.) The app tends to "forget" the FaceID setup and even once FaceID has been accepted it takes at least another 5 seconds for the app to even respond, I've tried this with 4G and WiFi, same mediocre performance in both cases. 2.) Usability of the app seems like a total afterthought.. please get yourself a decent pair of UX Designers..
