Horrible can’t use it at all paid well over $300.00 and was able to use it about a year now will not let me hook up to it at all no phone number to call or no website to try to get help

Standard compass calibration would not lock motor so they won’t spin. Support provided calibration software link, sold me a special cable, but then would never respond to USB question. New unit, but never was able to fly it. I contacted support about 20 times with no response. Don’t waste your money because if you have trouble, you are on your own.

Easy app all in English and can be changed if needed. Gives good video quality and connects easily to drone.

Probably not the app, but my new UPAir drone will not emit a WiFi signal that will allow connection. Just have a very expensive piece of plastic until I hear from their tech support.

I understand the UPAir was manufactured in China and I’m cool with that, but could you PLEASE have the option in the App. Store to translate?! There’s a new update that was released and I have no clue as to what’s been changed or updated. My one star is not for the bird itself, but for the lack of consideration by GTEN for it’s other country’s customers.

Having trouble and getting error codes with photo/video function. I can not get anyone to return emails or answer the phone to resolve issue.

With lots of internet research, it's fairly easy to fill in the gaps of information lacking in the craptastic manual. Every problem I had was solved with proper information. For the price point, this hardware can't be beat! Just be patient and do your research. So far, the quad does everything described IF you follow the instructions and your research. Also, it's a tough airframe - very durable!

The app says to enter the default password to connect to the wifi. The app didn't come with a password. Please fix.

I cant download it for some reason, and it doesnt look like anybody is using this one. What app do I use for my UpAir One Plus!?!
