The app is clearly not quite ready for use
The application is clearly not quite ready for use, as after receiving an offer from the company to download it, attempts to register or reset the password prompt you to call the call center instead of resolving the issue immediately, making it poorly suited for use. It's easier to just turn to alternative providers of this service.
Unusable
Password validation is completely broken, therefore it is impossible to register / create an account
