The app has been unable to launch these few weeks and often does not allow log in.

App doesn’t work

So many glitches with this app, the FaceID also doesn’t work. Have to log out to log back in again. Terrible app.

When I try to log woth my microsoft university account it always says that my SSO expired.

Logs me out out and can’t get back in guess I’ll starve like the kids in Africa

The Apple Face ID login feature on this app simply does not work. There is an option in the app to turn this on and off, and when on it does attempt the process but never completes, leaving you on the login screen. Please fix it developers, it’s really annoying!

Not working log in option

Asked to install by college and find that cannot even register as no fields can be entered.

So annoying, the FACEID doesn’t work. What’s the point in having a feature that doesn’t work. Every single time I want to top up I have to log in, forget my password go through the long draw out process. Trying to encourage my work place/school to change to a different system.

This is a poor, buggy app. It’s interface is un-friendly and unintuitive. The app keeps losing log-on details, even after having been setup for fingerprint log-on. If it weren’t used in my work restaurant, I would delete it. Avoid if you can.
