This App changed my life in such a positive way. I actually get excited to go to gym and do the workouts and it has made me stronger and healthier! Thank you so much for this.
Shows good techniques. Helps guide on how to push yourself. You can modify the workouts and it gives options that still work on the same thing. And I really love that they’ve added the affirmations. The first thing you read before you can even start your work. This is just a few things I love about the app and that keep me subscribed. I l feel like without her my gym journey would be complete.
Idk why this is an issue I have an iPhone 14. Im not be most uptodate version of the app. I can only access from the library. Love Leana though so keep up the content and expanding the library. Just disappointed with the app functioning
I originally purchased this app, however, the formatting and technicals are inconvenient and hard to maneuver. The app lets you create daily tasks but you can only add new ones, or modify or delete existing ones. The recipes are a nice touch, however, you can’t arrange them to create an outline for the week. I stopped using this app almost as soon as I purchased it. All of my apps are through Apple Subscriptions, except for this one. Not entirely sure how, however, when they charged me without sending a reminder (especially since I had the annual subscription), I requested a refund. I make $24,000 per year as active duty and financially can’t afford it compared to when I originally bought it nor need it. The customer service cited their terms and conditions while refusing the refund. The terms and conditions is predatory and wasn’t reflective of what I though the creator who made this was about. Especially her being Palestinian and understanding how some folks might need that flexibility and undemanding. Spend your money on a personal trainer at your local gym or creators like Jenna.
Good simple app but why doesn’t any of the meals from the previous day save??? I also don’t like how it freezes sometimes. Other than those things, I love the app.
I loved this app and have been using it since the very beginning but there was a recent update that won’t allow me to continue my guide. I have to delete the entire app, redownload, sign back in and then it works fine. The next day, the same issue happens. I’ve contacted support and they don’t know what the issue is. Software on my phone is up to date. I just wish it would work the way it had been prior to the update.
I’ve used a few workout apps before, this one is my fav!
I signed up for the app when it first came out because I was a fan of Leana but didn't really feel it was worth my money so I haven't used it the past few months. Then the charge comes out of my card that they renewed me for another year - I don't see on the app store that I was signed up for auto-renewal, on the app you can't see your subscription info, and the kicker is that they don't send ANY reminders of your subscription or that a renewal is coming up. I reached out to support and was told: "well, we tell you it's auto-renewing in our terms and conditions when you sign up. Not through the app store and you can't see it on the app but you can look it up on our website and we don't send reminders but it's in our terms and conditions." What company does this? It feels very scummy and like they just want your money. Honestly, I would have expected better out of Leana - I'm very disappointed in this app and her now.
