Affirmations are positive statements that when regularly repeated can help to challenge and overcome negative and self sabotaging thoughts. Affirmations can be used to reprogram your subconscious mind with phrases packed with positive intent. Regular use of affirmations to reprogram your subconscious mind can bring about powerful changes that will positively impact the quality of your life.
Uplifted provides an attractive and inspiring environment for users to practice affirmations. Users select a beautiful background, motivational music, and the positive affirmation that they wish to work with. In combination, these aspects all work together to create an inspiring environment that facilitates the easy use of affirmations to help reprogram the way you think and thereby improve the quality of your life.
Uplifted uses the world's only gamified affirmation system. Affirmations are most effective when used regularly. Users are encouraged to regularly repeat affirmations by being rewarded with a star for every minute they repeat an affirmation. A maximum of five stars can be gained in any single affirmation session. After being rewarded with five stars users are further rewarded with a celebratory shower of confetti. Stars that are earned are cumulatively added to a global leaderboard for every user. There are also a variety of achievements that can be earned by gaining certain numbers of stars. The overall effect of this gamification is to encourage users to regularly repeat affirmations so that they reap the rewards associated with regular practice.
The free version of Uplifted gives access to 150 positive affirmations, 10 beautiful backgrounds, and 5 inspiring music tracks. Users that would like a premium experience can gain access to an additional 1100+ affirmations, 50+ backgrounds, 45+ music tracks, and the ability to create their own affirmations, by subscribing to unlock all content. Payment for the Uplifted subscription will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
