Description

Uplifting keeps you organized by managing your routines and daily habits. We do so by offering timed task lists with reminders.
GET ORGANIZED
If you are having a hard time performing your morning routine or procrastinating working on a long term project, we’re here to help. You don’t have to memorize your everyday tasks or track them with long todo lists.
Uplifting automates and gently supports you when it goes about doing something routinely over and over again every day or every week.
Organization of daily tasks is about routines. Assign execution durations and get notified each time you need to take action. The notification will remind you when the routine needs to be started and the execution timer will assist you in completing the task and stay focused. You can modify the order of doing the tasks, but the balloons will not pop before you complete all the tasks in the routine.
BETTER SLEEP, STRESS AND ANXIETY RELIEF
Worried that you’ll miss taking pills daily? Disappointed about not doing morning exercises and missing your mindfulness training? Unhappy with your food habits? Group your routine activities together and get a reminder with the execution timer in Uplifting. Following a routine regularly creates habits that make your life easier.
It’s easier to go to asleep at night and wake up in the morning when your everyday life is on track and well-organized. You feel calmer and are in a better mood more often. Let yourself concentrate on really important and challenging tasks leaving Uplifting to organize your routines.
BETTER HABITS FOR PRODUCTIVE LIFE
Reminders help you start changing your everyday habits. Each task has a timer that helps to maintain your concentration.
Focus on creating productive habits, not just good habits. That means habits that lead you to achieving meaningful results like reaching levels of health metrics, stabilizing your weight, getting used to thinking of something positive in the morning before going to work.
Forming habits is less stressful and more long term than just getting things done (gtd). Productive habits narrow the gap between your life and the life you want to live. That makes you live happier and avoid depression.
ADHD KIDS
Children with ADHD may have trouble paying attention, controlling impulsive behaviors and may act without thinking about what the result will be. They can also be overly active.
Setting tasks and following execution makes part of behaviorial therapy by providing positive attention and focusing the child on performing the task. Uplifting works as an organizer, planner, and tracker for very simple situations.
Visual representation of the tasks to do attracts attention and works like a game where all the balloons need to reach the top of the screen to have the routine completed.
Each habit has an original and colourful icon. We offer extensive presets of habits to add to routines. You can also create custom habits of your own.
Customize reminder settings by the day of week, time, and recurrence.
Healthy habits is a great contribution to your positive mood and wellbeing. Uplifting is your way to develop healthy habits.

Nice but needs work

Enjoy the app but needs more development for ease of use. The main thing stopping me from subscribing is that there’s no transition time between steps in the routine. Some apps have this built in. It would also be nice if you could easily swipe a balloon to mark it as done. The pop up from the balloon to mark “done” isn’t ideal and if you use the screen that only shows current habit, you can’t add time on that screen. I prefer to mark done on this solo screen but it is annoying to have to go back to the balloon screen to add time. I see this app becoming really good with more development. It seems like this has been on the back burner from looking at the version history.

Kickstarts my morning routine

I use this app to implement habit stacking. I like that it is easy to pause, restart, and add/subtract time for a habit, and the balloon animation makes doing the habit fun. I find myself looking forward to doing the habits in the morning.
