UpLight - Sunrise Alarm App

When it works, this is a nice light/wake up alarm. However, the app is very buggy. It currently won’t even open for me.

I have used this light bulb for a few Years. When it Works it Is great. When it doesn’t, it is so glitchy and Annoying. Can you please provide an update? The bulbs were expensive and it’s not okay that I can’t even use them

The concept is great. The app works 10% of the time and the “customer service” doesn’t exist - no phone number and no one responds to emails.

I really thought this was gonna be the thing to solve my problem with getting up in the morning in a more gentle way. So far the sun rise light is working perfectly. However, I’ve had this lightbulb in the app for about three weeks now and I still can’t get any sound to automatically play during sunrise. I have chosen the ocean waves and I get nothing. I’ve tried finding a way to contact customer service to no avail. I wish I’d known this was going to be an issue before I spent the $50 on the bulb and now it’s too late to send it back.

It just doesn't work. I set it and leave the phone with the app in the foreground but in the morning the light doesn't come on. It has worked for two years and all of a sudden it has stopped working. Everything the other negative reviews have said is completely true. Until the developers respond with a new release that works no one should buy this light!

Bought this light over a year ago. The app is very glitchy. Can take 45 second just to get the app to turn on the light manually.

This is the best way in the world to wake up. The only issue is that sometimes the light isn’t discovered in the app. After a lot of frustration, I realized that all I had to do was unplug the lamp and plug it back in, and then turn on the light, and it shows up in the app. Works every time.

Setting the alarm does nothing but send me a notification..... No sound plays, and light does nothing when alarm goes off!!!

I love it, but only when it works. The app crashes constantly, making it unreliable. If the app changes in the middle of the night, it won't wake me up. Please fix!
