Great app but...
The app is great for maintaining, not to many exercises, not to little, and the sets and reps for each is pretty good but I’d say you guys should add some more abs or some cardio I’d recommend people do cardio and abs on the off days like Wednesday or Saturday but I’m no fitness expert. But this is a really good app for upper lower splits plus it’s 100% free no pay money to get the full workout no pay money to see the food they recommend it’s all free to use which is a big step up from all other fitness apps. So all in all great app
