Almost impossible to use this easily. Need to keep going to the app, monitoring the app, because it keeps crashing. This has been going on for long despite updated the app. Very counterproductive for what the upright device is for.

I can enter my password, but when I press the Next button, nothing happens.

Really? Why do I need to make an account for this device to work. Just make an app that pairs to the device. It’s just one more app that can get hacked and leak personal info online. So unnecessary 🙄

When trying to create an account the app simply freezes after hitting create account. When attempting to login the app gets stuck at the login page. Unusable.

I can’t even create an account, the app just locks. Horrible application. What is the point if people can’t even an start their account? Looking online, troubleshooting suggests switching back and forth from WiFi to cellular… that’s so dumb. I’ve never ever had to do that with an app. So far I’m very disappointed with this entire product. Beware!

I was enjoying my Upright but the last two app updates have made the barely functional accessibility for screen reader users now completely disfunctional. Voiceover doesn't read most of the app elements, gets stuck in the calendar, and only one of the tab buttons is labeled. It's completely unusable. A lot of people with vision impairments need products like the Upright, but the app is one of the worst I've ever encountered as a screen reader user. To top it off, there's no dark mode and the app doesn't respond to smart invert so it is visually agonizing for anyone who is light sensitive. Upright was a good idea and was great, but thanks to the required app it is $60 completely wasted for me that I'll never get back and there are no other products like it so, as is often common, the people who need something like this the most don't have access to it due to a dev team that isn't designing with their own target audience in mind.
