After agreeing to the ToS and Privacy policy, the app gets stuck on the messaging window with a short list of disclaimers and then never lets you get to the Home Screen or browse any available content or sign up for benefits. Not a connection issue. Rebooted phone/app multiple times. No replacement for connecting to/using some of the benefits in a web browser.
I have been trying to log into the app for 30 minutes. I can’t use the app without answering a survey from a chat bot that is glitching.
Can barely get past signing up. App stops loading and have to restart app before it crashes almost instantly.
As someone else noted, the automated initial assessment freezes up as you answer questions. I’ve rebooted the app 8 times now trying to get through the initial assessment and it just got hung up again.
Says "hello nice to meet you" and then just does the 3 bubbles as if it is going to say something else, it does this indefinitely. I can't get to any other screen on the app. App is up to date and broken!!
As an employer offering resources for associates, I would not recommend this app. After downloading, registering and logging in, the app quickly moved from having access to resources to a disclaimer and no option to dismiss, reply, or go back to content. Not helpful and completely useless.
So unfortunately you can back out of audio to make notes and you can have your phone fall asleep during the audio. So I’m trying to get all in my feelings and have to keep tapping my Home Screen to make sure my phone stays awake or the audio cuts off, kinda ruins the “close your eyes and get comfortable” moments. Has potential but needs a little extra help with the audio experiences.
