Upstox: Demat, Stock, MF, IPO

I have two brokers apps and private bank demat ac for more than 3 years comparing with other Upstox was not giving important to customer and very bad experience and app has lots of bugs and so many issues are coming from day to day we can’t get help for customer support very bad experience with the app. Please improve it soon or we have switch to another platform.

Step up sip feature is not showing

When I tap on mutual fund it’s showing me it’s coming soon. It’s a pathetic experience

Hi up stock i have been using this for 2+ years it was good but compare to other app for investor user exp isn't simple form with clear stock CMP price, Day P@L %, IPO purchase, and certainly the bug always in last of my stocks list the price always not showing moreover make it Best simple and easy investor screen to avoid user to transfer to other apps

I am facing significant issues with the Upstox app: 1.Poor Service: The overall service is unsatisfactory, with delayed responses and lack of proper support. 2. Withdrawal Issues: Withdrawing funds is unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming, causing frustration and inconvenience. Suggestion: Please simplify the withdrawal process and improve customer support for a smoother experience.

It’s either completely switch off notifications, or be ready to get 30+ spam notifications each day without option to switch them off. I am considering moving to a more mature platform, this one is very early stages with low quality features.
