App crashes
While launching a PTCL complaint, using the help tab>> complaints and troubleshooting Genie, the app crashes after reaching to 70%. I was expecting that you will fix this issue in the current update but no this issue is still present.

Delay, Not displaying data
Dear team of the very app, you need to improve your performance on the app coz when I try to check my balance the app takes ages to open. And once the app opens it does not display the data balance I look for I’ve to reopen the app several times. In my review I don’t think you deserve 1star. What to do no other option. I hope you guys take customers reviews seriously.
We need block and unblock option on this apps please.
