Got alert website is down, when click on the url the website is working but still down on the app ! Couldn’t find option to highlight such thing for the developers or service provider so they can revist their algorithm of checking, or any contact us details

Badly needs a grace period setting. I really don’t want to be woken up because 1 website push got missed but I do want to be woken if 5 got missed.
Decimated my plan’s features, which were working just find for my small business, in an attempt to push me to a more expensive plan. Will never recommend this service again. I am canceling my and my IT clients' paid plans and will be moving to a more customer-centered uptime monitoring tool for half the price.
I have a home network, and the service can’t tell if my server is online and randomly alerts that one of several sites are down despite being on the same physical server.
I highly recommend this apps and with the bigs thumbs up to the development team who make this apps possible.
