After installation and during registration it says “ something went wrong try later “ and “ unable to connect to server …..” said since the last two days.

This is a pathetic app! For the last 2 months I am unable to login and it always gives me the notification “unable to connect to Server”. Apple should remove such garbage apps from the AppStore.

I have been regularly using the app for ordering medicines and the same used to be supplied from 2nd Avenue, Annanagar,Chennai Apollo Pharmacy till date without any hassle but to my utter dismay I found that the medicines I ordered on 7.1.2023 reached me just now after giving a complaint to the head office at Hyderabad where Mr. Arun was very helpful. In this connection I got calls from Tambaram Apollo and today from Belgaum Apollo pharmacy for delivery of these medicines at Chennai. How can ur app allott the delivery from such far off places situated far away and also from a place in another state. Please ensure that such things don’t happen especially wen it concerns delivery of medicines as it could prove life threatening at times due to carelessness on your part. Not able to add prescription. Contact with call centre also could not help. Little time is left to avail the cashless benefits. Please resolve.

I can’t get uploaded my prescription for medicine. Getting message” some thing went wrong, please retry later” . Please correct the application.

Invoices raised after delivery is not available for download despite showing download invoice menu on app. The bug should be rectified so pdf can be downloaded easily in apple phones

Initially I tried to re order but got error message. Help desk suggested to delete existing prescriptions and re load the but while uploading , got error message “went something wrong , try again”. So many times I contacted help line and whatever they suggested , I have done like delete the App and re load / tried with another mobile etc but nothing working for last 15 days.
