Description

城市售票网（URBTIX）为节目主办者和市民提供方便可靠的票务服务。顾客可透过设于港九及新界多区的城市售票网售票处、指定表演场地及主要博物馆的全新自助售票机、网上购票系统、流动购票应用程式，以及电话购票热线购票。
“URBTIX” 是一个全新开发的流动购票应用程式，方便购票人士在智能手机上购票。此应用程式更会为已登记成为会员的购票人士提供一系列的个人化服务，包括将喜爱的节目纳入书籤方便日后快速查看、接收电邮提示出席所购节目、在智能手机上储存电子票以及进行转赠、可使用指纹/人脸识别技术登入个人帐户等，享受更贴心便捷的购票体验。

康乐及文化事务署 (康文署) 于2022年12月推出城市售票网全新票务系统。该系统由天津猫眼微影科技有限公司为康文署因应用家需要而开发，以及提供营运服务。新系统具备更大容量，可更有效处理热卖节目的购票需求，并提供更多便捷的购票功能，包括支持多种电子支付方式等。

本人双卡机。Wifi 和电信卡登不上，移动卡可以登陆。电脑端也是用移动热点才能登陆。换了多处的wifi 均不可登陆。点解啊
