Works great! Especially when you have someone who knows exactly what they’re doing install and set up the system and app instead of trying to DIY it!
I’ve never seen a worse app in my life - and I’m in the software business so I see a lot of software. I could go on and on with examples, but I’ll save you the time: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This app must have been created by people with no UI experience. What a joke. If I could rate it a zero I would.
Works great just have to restart your device if it doesn’t work

It's 2017, you can make a better user interface, this app looks like it's from 2005. Please update so it's comparable with iPhone 6/7 Plus

I would love to give a review, but how do I do that if the app rarely, if ever, opens, especially on my iPhone? The last update was in August. LOL! Come on, tighten up the feedback loop.
Terrible range even on wifi and terrible volume control. I am convinced URC put this app out to increase sales of their expensive TRC 1080 remote.
Since the upgrade we can't connect to rhapsody. We seriously hate this system. We've had nothing but issues since we had the equipment and app installed. We spent 16k and we have had service people over several times and it still doesn't work to it's promised capacity.
