Introducing Urge Less: The Empathetic Habit Changer
Break free from unwanted habits with Urge Less, the app designed to support your journey with empathy. Log and process your urges in real-time while gaining valuable insights along the way.
How it Works:
1. Make a Specific Commitment: Choose a habit you want to break and make a specific commitment to yourself. Whether it's limiting your nightly wine to one glass, refraining from late-night snacking, setting a daily limit for social media usage, or ensuring you get to bed by 10:00 pm, Urge Less empowers you to define your goals.
2. Log and Wait: When you feel the urge creeping in, quickly log it in the app. Urge Less will guide you through a 2-minute waiting period, helping you let the urge pass through you. By practicing mindful patience, you'll gain control over your impulses.
3. Track Your Progress and Discover Insights: As you progress on your habit-changing journey, Urge Less diligently tracks your achievements. Easily view your progress by tapping the Progress button on the bottom right of the screen. Explore trends and gain valuable insights that will help you stay motivated and committed.
Additional Features of Urge Less:
1. Gain Perspective with the Urge Log: Click on the button at the top right of the screen to access your urge log. Review your recorded urges, gaining a deeper understanding of your patterns. This valuable insight will empower you to make informed decisions.
2. Accidental Urge Entries? No Problem: If you accidentally hit an urge entry, simply click on the Edit button at the top right of the screen. Slide the entry you want to delete to the left, and the delete button will appear. Easily remove unwanted entries, ensuring accurate tracking of your progress.
3. Easy Navigation and Customization: Navigate effortlessly within the app with intuitive controls.
