Scientifically Proven
The URinControl app is an initiative of dr A.M.M. Loohuis (GP and researcher) and prof dr M. H. Blanker (GP and epidemiologist) of the University Medical Center Groningen in the Netherlands. Their research has shown that URinControl is effective in women with urinary incontinence. Clinical results (open access): https://obgyn.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/1471-0528.16875.

Is This For Me?
There are 2 main types of incontinence: urgency and stress. Urgency incontinence is the sudden and urgent feeling of having to pee. Stress incontinence is when you lose urine when coughing, jumping or any other physical movement that forces urine out of your bladder. URinControl4all offers 2 training paths in 1 app, each tailored to one of these incontinence types. You can choose both paths if you are struggling with both types of incontinence.
When not to use this app?
When the incontinence arises sudden, or gets worse quickly (within weeks), you should consult your physician. If you pee blood, you should also consult a physician.
If you have a condition affecting your bladder, please check with your physician if it is okay to start with URinControl4all.
URinControl is a self-training program. Never diagnose or treat yourself based on this system. Always consult with your physician.
