Description

The compete history of all US Naval Ships is included in this comprehensive program. This app contains photographs of every United States Naval Aircraft Carrier, Battleship, Cruiser, Destroyer and Submarine.
Nearly 10,000 ship histories are included in this massive project. A detailed history of every ship is also included– (mostly from the official US Naval history, with supplementary sources to incorporate entries on each of the modern ships).
All of the photographs in our app are high quality. Using the iOS function each photo can be zoomed in to view exquisite detail. They look absolutely gorgeous on the retina displays.

We will update this app once a quarter with additional photos. Each quarter the app will contain a "new photos of the quarter section."
All of the photographs and history entries in our US NAVY SHIPS can be e-mailed, added to your photo library and/or printed.

Need to update ships since 2017

Good reference but need to update new naval vessels over last 2-3 years. Also, give info on Gerald r Ford, and new upgrades to existing carriers

Not so good of an app

Missing many ships and their history... It is not current... Save your money.

Responsive Developer

I have followed this app for months, since its release. Before that, I used their standalone apps on carriers and battleships. I say "followed" this app though because I am always deleting it after each update due to the same bug - constant crashing on things as simple as scrolling (e.g., scrolling to the end of the battleships or destroyers list crashes it). However, the developer is extremely responsive (as in same-day) and will have this bug, and a few others I brought up, fixed shortly. So, I would recommend this app once the fixed version comes out (I write this on July 13, so any update after that should be fixed).

Not as advertised
